Within Reach

I did a half day training with Within Reach a few weeks ago and we tackled the very important aspect of how to become a more inclusive, multicultural organization.  The staff was amazing in taking the lead in finding the right measurement tool that could show them where they are so they can understand what areas need further improvement.  So we worked on these issues and tried to reconcile their emerging identity as a multicultural organization with the strategic framework they are using in June.  This organization is amazing, many thanks to my friend Annya for connecting me with this opportunity!
