Hangin out in the city

this is a 4 day weekend in Quezon city because of Ninoy Aquino day so people are kinda hangin around, some are out of town, but it's raining so we're just relaxing at home. the sun is coming out a bit now since the rain stopped. yesterday we went to greenhills again and went shopping. tips picked me up and we went to lunch at the little store on the hill, the best fresh lumpia in the entire philippine islands and then tips and i went shopping. she bought a size 0 (that's zero) petite dress. i didnt even know such a size existed. i got jamila some skinny jeans and some tops, ate some suman, and some shoes for my niece mia. i did good, didnt spend too much money and had fun in the process.

later on last night, we cranked up the karaoke mic and sang till 130 in the morning. at least, that's when i gave up - they were still going when i went to bed. mandela emailed me and told me how hot it is in seattle now. i am so looking forward to getting some sun in Seattle!

i'm having a great time spending time with my family and friends. i really shouldnt wait too long in between visits - in other words, i really should be visitin more often!
